Queen Margrethe II Takes a Bow for ‘Snow Queen’ Ballet
Last night Queen Margrethe II of Denmark, her sister Queen Anne-Marie of Greece and her nephew Prince Philippos attended the premiere of the christmas ballet ‘Snedronningen’ – or ‘Snow Queen’ at Tivoli concert hall in Copenhagen, Denmark. The costumes and scenography for this ballet have been designed by Queen Margrethe II herself. The Queen therefore appeared on stage with the other artists during the applause.
Yuri Possokhov has been responsible for the choreography and Nanna Øland, for the music.
