Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel Start Official Visit to the UK.

Today, Wednesday november 29, Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel began a three-day official visit to the UK.
The visit started in a training military base in eastern England where the Crown Princess Couple, along with the Swedish Defense Minister, Pål Jonson, met with the Swedish Home Guard soldiers that are taking part in the military training program Operation Interflex for the training of Ukrainian soldiers.
Then the Crown Princess and the Prince moved to the Cambridgeshire to visit a typical British pub where they were informed about the English public house culture.
In the afternoon the Crown Princess Couple arrived in London where,
along with the Swedish Minister of Defense and the State Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Håkan Jevrell, paid a visit to White City Campus at the Imperial College Innovation Hub. There they visited the NATO’s Defence Innovation Accelerator for the North Atlantic (DIANA) to be informed about how to accelerate innovation in the areas of defence and security.
Afterwards the Crown Princess and the Prince, along with the Swedish Infrastructure, Minister Andreas Carlson, attended a reception held at the Swedish residence to mark Sweden’s candidacy for a seat on the International Maritime Organization (IMO) Council.
In the evening Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel attended a dinner hosted by Business Sweden in London and held at National History Museum. The dinner was focused on sustainability.
