Spanish State Visit to Denmark: Last Day

Today, Wednesday November 8, Their Majesties King Felipe and Queen Letizia started the third and last day in Denmark with a farewell ceremony at Fredensborg Castle with Her Majesty Queen Margrethe. During the ceremony the Royal Couple signed their names on panes of glass that will be incorporated to a window frame of Fredensborg Palace, tradition of the Danish Royal Family.
Then King Felipe and Queen Letizia were reunited with Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary for a visit at the Danish Architecture Center, “Denmark’s national center for the development and dissemination of knowledge about architecture, building and urban development”. There the Royals attended a round table focused on sustainable urban development and planning. At the center the King, the Queen and the Crown Prince Couple toured the exhibition “Copenhagen in Common” that shows “Copenhagen’s urban development from 1947 until today”.
The last event of the state visit was a reception at the Moltke Palace hosted by the King and the Queen for the Spanish community living in Denmark.
