Dutch Royals Attend Koningsdag Concert

Ahead of the upcoming Koningsdag celebrations that will take place on April 27, this evening, Wednesday April 19, Their Majesties King Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima were present at the annual Koningsdag Concert. They were joined by Princess Beatrix, Princess Catharina-Amalia, Princess Ariane and and Princess Laurentien.
This year’s concert was held at the Ahoy RTM Stage in Rotterdam.
Theme of the concert is: “We are all Kings & Queens!” and the performers of the evening were: DDavina Michelle, Winne, Lloyds Company, Imanuelle Grives, Laurien van Rijswijk, Gerard Cox, Sabrina Starke, Gery Mendes, Zaire Krieger and Broederliefde and the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra.
The Koningsdag Concert is a tradition since 1985 and since 2014 the concert is held in the province where the Royal Family celebrates Koningsdag.
