Upon the arrival at the Princess Juliana International Airport, the Royal Couple and the Princess were officially welcomed by the new Governor Ajamu Baly and Prime Minister Silveria Jacobs.

The mural route is part of a project that “aims to add color to the island through murals, promote our local art and artists, and encourage residents and visitors to explore and share the beauty of our island”.
The first day in Sint Maarten ended with a cultural show and a concert on the Philipsburg Boardwalk.
