Crown Prince Hussein is Engaged
On Wednesday August 17, the Royal Hashemite Court announced the engagement between Crown Prince Hussein and Ms Rajwa Khaled bin Musaed bin Saif bin Abdulaziz Al Saif.
According to the statement released by the court, the ceremony took place “at the home of Ms. Rajwa’s father, in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, in the presence of Their Royal Highnesses Prince Hassan Bin Talal, Prince Hashem Bin Abdullah II, Prince Ali Bin Al Hussein, Prince Hashem Bin Al Hussein, Prince Ghazi Bin Mohammed, and Prince Rashid Bin Al-Hassan, and a number of members of the Al-Saif family”.
Crown Prince Hussein, eldest child of King Abdullah II and Queen Rania, was born on 28 June 1994 in Amman. Following his graduation from King’s Academy High School in Jordan, in 2012 the Crown Prince enrolled at the Georgetown University’s Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service where he graduated on May 2016 and obtained a B. Sc. Degree in foreign services specializing in international history. In 2017 the Crown Prince graduated from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and, on November 2021, His Majesty King Abdullah, the Supreme Commander of the JAF, presented Crown Prince Hussein the rank of captain in the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army (JAF).
Ms Rajwa, according to several reports, was born on April 28, 1994 and is graduated from Syracuse University in New York with a degree in Architecture.
For this special occasion the Court released several official photos of the newly engaged couple and of the engagement ceremony.
