Ingrid Alexandra’s 18th Birthday Gala
This Friday evening, many European crowned heads were in Oslo for the gala dinner offered by King Harald V of Norway and Queen Sonja in honor of the 18th birthday of their granddaughter Princess Ingrid Alexandra, second in the order of succession.
On this evening marking his majority she was surrounded by all her family. In addition to her paternal parents and grandparents, she had by her side her brothers Prince Sverre-Magnus and Marius Borg Høiby, her great-aunt Princess Astrid, as well as her aunt and godmother Princess Märtha Louise. The latter was accompanied by her fiancé the Californian shaman Durek Verrett and by her three daughters, Maud Angelica, Leah Isadora and Emma Tallulah Behn.
Ingrid Alexandra’s godparents, King Felipe VI of Spain, Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden and Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark, were all able to attend te special night. They were joined by other royal guests such as King Willem-Alexander, Queen Máxima and Princess Catharina-Amalia of the Netherlands, Queen Mathilde of the Belgians and the Princess Elisabeth of Belgium, Princess Mary of Denmark, Prince Daniel, Princess Estelle and Prince Oscar of Sweden, Hereditary Grand Duke Guillaume of Luxembourg and his wife Princess Stephanie came with their 2-year-old little Prince Charles. Prince Pavlos and Princess Marie-Chantal of Greece attended with three of their children. Prince Kyril of Bulgaria was joined by his new girlfriend, his ex-wife Rosario Nadal and their three children.
