Princess Laurentien Opens The European School The Hague

Today, Friday October 1st, Princess Laurentien attended the opening of the new school building of the European School The Hague (ESH)
The European School The Hague, established in 2012, educates the children of employees of European Union institutions and provides “a multilingual and multicultural education to Early Years, Primary and Secondary school children, culminating in the European Baccalaureate”. Following the renovation of the school were buildt new science and ICT labs, a Learning and Innovation Hub, sports facilities, a library, theatre, new classrooms, large art and music rooms and new canteen facilities.
During the visit the Princess toured the school and met with students from different parts of the European Union.
