Duke and Duchess of Cambridge team up with Mary Berry

In November, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge collaborated with British TV chef Mary Berry to cook a Christmas lunch for those who are working on Christmas Day.

The party was hosted by the trio at the Rosewood Hotel in London. Beforehand the Cambridges took Mary Berry to some of the charities and organisations they supported.

During the event, the royal couple also met the winner of 2015’s series of Great British Bake Off, which Mary Berry used to be the judge of. Nadiya Hussein has gone on to have her own television series and has most recently been an advocate for baking and mental health, sharing her own experiences with anxiety.

“A Berry Royal Christmas” will air on December 16 at 8:30pm GMT on BBC One.
