Danish Fashion for the Greek State Visit – Day 2
On the second day of the Greek state visit, Crown Princess Mary wore a mainly yellow dress. It also featured brown spots and some blue and brown detailing at the hemline, and has a built-in belt. The princess teamed the dress with a dark grey jacket and turquoise/blue jewellery. Dark coloured peep-toe pumps completed the look.
Later that day, the royal family attended a dinner and concert where Queen Margrethe wore a dark blue skirt (which cut just below the knee) and blouse suit-styled outfit with elbow-lenth sleeves, again with a brooch and black shoes and handbag; the outfit was also accessorised with a double strand of pearls.
Crown Princess Mary recycled a white dress (first worn a few years ago, and then secondly on the Summer Cruise last year) which is gathered at the waist, slightly off-centre. The dress was paired with silver shoes and a light coloured caplet, which has also seen the light of day a few times previously, in both Australia and Denmark. Elegant drop earrings completed the look.
