That’s It For Another Year! Royal Windsor Horse Show Wraps Up For 2018
It was the last day of the Royal Windsor Horse Show today, which takes place annually in the grounds of Windsor Castle every May.
Over the weekend, Queen Elizabeth and her husband the Duke of Edinburgh were present; and Prince Philip seemed to be all-smiles following his hip replacement as he drove his Land Rover. Equally joyful was the Countess of Wessex, who was proudly snapping away at her daughter Lady Louise, who rode a carriage along the grounds. Lady Louise shares her grandfather’s hobby of carriage riding and was also seen riding at last year’s show.
Prince and Princess Michael were also in attendance; as was Viscount Severn.
Huge congratulations to the Royal Artillery who won the unmounted section of the Services jumping at Royal Windsor horse show beating the RLC by 0.5 of a second @ArmyEquiUK @ArmySportsLTRY @ArmySportASCB @BritishArmy @BFBS_Sport @TeamArmyUK @ForcesRadioBFBS @ pic.twitter.com/sU9XA3JNhq
