Dutch Prince Constantijn was on hand Tuesday to help officially open the Holland Startup Pavillion at the Consumer Electronics Show 2018, which is being held in Las Vegas over the next four days.

The Prince toured the pavilion – one of the largest single-country pavilions at CES this year – seeing what products the 53 Dutch start-up companies had brought with them to showcase to the international market. Among them was a ‘virtual reality controller glove’ which Prince Constantijn was fitted with to see what it could do; as well as various other robotisation creations, cybersecurity devices, mobility and eHealth, and technological devices for children.

The Prince is an ambassador for StartupDelta, a company which aims to assist Dutch start-up companies by “breaking down barriers and improving access to talent, capital, networks, knowledge and markets.”
