Laughs Aplenty For The Windsors At 2017 Braemar Gathering
From the specially constructed Royal Box on the grounds of The Princess Royal and Duke of Fife Memorial Park in Braemar, members of the Windsor clan enjoyed the annual Braemar Gathering on Saturday.
Queen Elizabeth and the Duke of Edinburgh, along with the Prince of Wales, the Princess Royal and Vice Admiral Timothy Laurence, laughed merrily as they watched traditional Highland games take place.
Among the events that were on show were the weight throw, tug-of-war competitions, and Highland dancing.
The Queen is patron of the Braemar Royal Highland Society, which arranges the event.
