Queen Máxima Visits Delft To Mark Anniversary of Kansfonds
The Queen of The Netherlands was back on duty following the summer break today as she visited the city of Delft, to visit initiatives supported by Kansfonds to celebrate the organisation’s sixtieth anniversary.
Dressed in a bright and cheery yellow, pink and black frock, Queen Máxima stopped at the Jessehof, an inter-faith centre that uses part of its space as a meeting place for the homeless, and people who suffer from social exclusion. Queen Máxima met with several volunteers who work at the centre, discussing with them their experiences and how they help the people that come there.
Afterwards Her Majesty met with board members of Kansfonds.
