The Cambridges Visit Gdansk on Second Day in Poland
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visited Gdansk on the second day of their Polish tour, Tuesday July 18.
They began their day with a visit to Stutthof Concentration Camp, where they met Holocaust survivors Manfred Goldberg and Zigi Shipper, who were friends during the war. They were both sent to Stutthof after having been to Auchwitz. 65,000 people died at Stutthof, including 28,000 Jews.
The Cambridges then visited the Gdansk Town Market where a street party was held for their visit. Afterwards, they visited the Shakespeare Theatre followed by the European Solidarity Movement museum.
Kate wore a matching floral midi top and blouse from Erdem during the day.
