First Day in Poland for the Cambridges

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and their two children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, have arrived in Poland for the first day of their five day tour of Poland and Germany.

Upon their arrival in the country, officials greeted the family before they had a meeting with President Andrzej Duda and First Lady Agata-Kornhauser Duda.

William and Kate then visited the Warsaw Spire building, meeting young entrepreneurs, ahead of a visit to the Warsaw Rising Museum to speak to World War II veterans. Kate wore a white Alexander McQueen dress for the day events, then changing into a shimmering pearl frock with black detailing from Polish designer Gosia Baczynska for the evening reception to celebrate the Queen’s birthday at Łazienki Park’s Orangery.
