Ari Behn Unhurt After Car Accident

Ari Behn was involved in a car accident in Bærum on Friday morning, he confirmed on Instagram this evening.

“Angels guard today. Unscathed from total crash,” reads Ari’s latest Instagram post. His car was driven into a ditch alongside a mountainous road in the area, after he apparently swerved to avoid another vehicle just before noon.

A spokesperson for the Oslo Police District said that “a man in his 40s came away unharmed from the accident, but was taken to the emergency room for a check-up. No-one else was injured in the incident. There was serious damage to the car.” They also confirmed the individual was not under the influence of alcohol.

Ari Behn is the husband of Princess Märtha Louise of Norway. The couple announced their separation in August last year.
