Princess Charlène Visits South Africa
The Princess of Monaco is currently in South Africa, her home country, for a five-day visit in connection with the South African Red Cross Society and the Fondation Princesse Charlène de Monaco.
On Friday, she visited the Gugulesizwe Primary School in Daveyton where she helped the SA Red Cross – of which Charlène has been patron since last year – provide first aid and CPR demonstrations to teachers and students.
Princess Charlène also planted a tree in the school grounds to mark her visit.
Her next engagement will be on Saturday when she attends The Princess Charlene Empress Club Stake horse race, benefiting the South African Red Cross, Gugulesizwe Primary School and the Highveld Horse Care Unit, at Turffontein Race Course.
