Victoria The Weather Girl: Royal Couple Visit Sveriges Television Newsrooms

During a visit to SVT’s newsrooms in Stockholm, Crown Princess Victoria tried her hand at a different occupation – weather presenter.

Victoria – who was visiting SVT with husband Prince Daniel to “gain insight into the mission of SVT…and how Swedish people are kept informed” – stepped in front of the green screen and went through a weather report.

SVT’s CEO Hanna Stjärne gave the Crown Princess Couple a tour of the station’s newsrooms. One of the stops was the children’s channel, where Victoria and Daniel were able to ‘meet’ Bolibompa-draken, a character from the popular children’s show.

Prince Daniel was quick to pull out his mobile phone and snapped a selfie of himself, Victoria and Bolibompa-draken to show to their daughter Princess Estelle.
