Green Lace For Catherine At NPG Portrait Gala
The Duchess of Cambridge this evening was guest of honour at the London National Portrait Gallery’s annual Portrait Gala.
She was given a tour of several exhibitions, including ‘Behind the Mask, Another Mask’, during the evening. Pieces that were also specifically commissioned for the Gala were also on display.
Catherine debuted a new forest green lace gown from Temperley London, worn with a pair of large drop Kiki McDonough earrings, for the event, which was raising money for the ‘Coming Home’ project that “returns iconic portraits to relevant locations” across the United Kingdom.
Among other guests at the Gala were the Earl and Countess Spencer, Samantha Cameron and Donna Air, girlfriend of Catherine’s brother James Middleton.
The Duchess is patron of the National Portrait Gallery.
