Pounding The Pavement: Prince Harry Joins Running Charity Session
Prince Harry hit the streets of Willesden Green on Thursday with members of The Running Charity to learn how they are working with homeless hostels such as DePaul Trust Hostel to improve their lives and possibilities through sport.
Going through warm-ups and then the 17-minute run with young people from the charity as well as volunteers who run the session, Harry was said to have “found everything easy”, though he joked later back at the hostel that on his next visit he “will come and play pool maybe.”
He also took a moment at the hostel to replicate a photograph taken on their stairwell during a 1995 visit by his mother, Diana, Princess of Wales.
