Now It’s Really Christmas! Princess Estelle Joins Mama To Receive Christmas Trees
This morning at the Royal Palace in Stockholm, young Princess Estelle gleefully helped her mama, Crown Princess Victoria, officially receive the palace Christmas trees.
Forestry students from the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences delivered six King Spruce and a Norwegian Red Spruce trees to the Palace as a gift to the Royal Family, in a tradition that began in the late 1960s.
Princess Estelle – wearing a festive mint green dress – happily chatted with the students about the differences between the types of trees, as her mother – also in equally festive red – looked on. “She actually had a good view on it,” one of the students, Hanna Kankainen, said afterwards to Svensk Damtidning.
