Queen Mathilde Attends Opening of Queen Elisabeth Hall in Antwerp
The Queen of the Belgians this evening attended opening concert of the new Queen Elisabeth Hall at the Queen Elisabeth Centre in Antwerp.
Wearing a gold brocade dress and coat, Queen Mathilde was greeted by flower-bearing children and representatives from the Centre and the evening’s performers. The Royal Flemish Philharmonic, who will be calling the new Hall – named after Queen Elisabeth of Belgium – home, and Hooverphonic performed the opening concert.
