Swedish Royals Open ‘The Royal Wedding Dresses 1976-2015’ Exhibition
Today, Queen Silvia, Crown Princess Victoria and Princess Sofia opened the exhibition ‘The Royal Wedding Dresses 1976-2015’ which is held at the Royal Palace in Stockholm. The exhibition is part of the 40th anniversary of King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia which is featuring wedding dresses worn by five royal brides over the course of four decades.

At the exhibition, Queen Silvia gave an opening speech then toured the exhibition. On display are pre-wedding and wedding dresses along with the accessories and bridesmaids dresses of Princess Lilian, Queen Silvia, Crown Princess Victoria, Princess Madeleine and Princess Sofia.
Princess Madeleine could not make it today because she is ill with a stomach bug along with her two children who are also unwell.
