George and Charlotte Steal The Show At Children’s Party in Victoria
Two mini Cambridges joined their parents today for their first engagement of Canadian tour, a children’s party for military families in the gardens of Government House in Victoria.
Prince George and Princess Charlotte stole the show as they frolicked with a variety of animals from the petting zoo brought in to entertain the children – George went for a ride on a miniature pony, while 16-month-old Charlotte decided that Moose the dog made the perfect stool, gently sitting on is back while he lounged about on the grass.

She also took a shine to a bunny rabbit, but balloons are clearly one of her favourite things, grabbing her attention almost immediately as she playfully hitting a balloon arch at the entrance. The two children also received their own balloon from a balloon artist: George requested a volcano with lava, while Charlotte got a flower.
George later laughed gleefully as his father blew bubbles at him, before managing to get a hold of a bubble squirt gun himself, which he turned on Prince William and his sister.
