Princess Caroline Journeys To The Democratic Republic of the Congo For AMADE
As part of her work with AMADE (Association Nationale Monégasque des Amis De l’enhance), Princess Caroline is currently on a visit to the Democratic Republic of the Congo to see the progress of one of the Association’s programs.
The Princess attended a presentation of the ‘Capoeira for Peace’ program in Kinshasa, where she saw children who have taken part in the program perform a dance routine.
The ‘Capoeira for Peace’ program aims to help child soldiers in the region to reintegrate into their communities through the use of capoeira, a martial arts-style activity that involves dance, music and acrobatics.
