Joachim and Marie Send Greetings From Château de Cayx

Denmark’s Prince Joachim and Princess Marie, along with their two children Henrik and Athena, are currently vacationing at the family’s residence in France, Château de Cayx.

A photograph of the family in the grounds of the Château was release by Kongehuset as a summer greeting. Young Princess Athena grins happily from atop her father’s shoulders, while Prince Henrik stands in between his parents.

There was some criticism in the Danish media last week when the ‘Schackenborg’ branch of the Danish Royal Family was not in attendance at the annual summer photo session.
