A Busy Day for Queen Máxima
This morning, Her Majesty Queen Máxima attended the launch of a fundraising campaign organized by NPO Radio 4 at the primary school De Kruisboelijn in ‘s-Hertogenbosch.

The project aims to raise money and musical instruments for the Instrument Depot Leerorkest, an organization that provides musical education for the children. During the event, the Queen handed out the first musical instrument, a children’s cello, to a nine year old girl, Rashida.
Talking with the journalists Queen Máxima stressed the importance for the children to be involved in a school musical. She is Honorary Ambassador of Platform Get More Music in the Classroom, an organization dedicated to music education in primary school.

In the early afternoon, the Queen was present at the meeting Inspiring Perspectives at the Museum Mauritshuis in The Hague. The meeting was organized by Inspiring Fifty, a non-profit organization established to encourage and inspire women to have a leadership positions in the technology sector.

At the event were present, among others, the Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte and some European women leading in tecnology.
Queen Máxima will conclude the events of the day in Brussels, Belgium, where, at invitation of Queen Mathilde of the Belgians, will be present at the final of the piano element of the Queen Elisabeth Music Competition.
