Princess Ingrid Alexandra Opens Her Own Sculpture Park

Yesterday Princess Ingrid Alexandra of Norway opened the Ingrid Alexandra Sculpture Park in the gardens of Oslo’s royal palace. The sculpture park which focuses on children was created to celebrate the 25th anniversary of king Harald’s reign.

The princess was not alone: King Harald V, Queen Sonja, Crown Prince Haakon, Crown Princess Mette Marit, Prince Sverre and Princess Astrid were all there. The King held a short speech in which he stated that the park was a wish his wife and he had for a long time.
