Royal Thanks for Bhutan’s Medical Fraternity

Today, 15th May, His Majesty King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck and Her Majesty Queen Jetson Pema of Bhutan invited the medical team who assisted in the birth of their son to tea at the Lingkana Palace and to thanks them and their colleagues throughout the country for their “tireless, unending and excellent services to the country”.

It is 100 days since the birth of HRH Prince Jigme Namgyel Wangchuck, Druk Gyalsey (Dragon Prince) of Bhutan, which took place on 5th February amongst much excitement from the people of Bhutan and royal watchers around the world.
