Frederik and Mary Attend Olympic Qualification Swimming Tournament

Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary attended the Olympic qualification swimming tournament on April 15. The event was officially scheduled for Princess Mary to attended but Prince Frederik made an appearance by the side of his wife and was a surprise by many.

Crown Princess Mary, who is patron of the Danish Swimming Federation, and Crown Prince Frderik watched a few qualifier races for this summer’s Olympic Games 2016 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

At the end of the event, the royal couple posed for pictures with a few of the attendees at the swimming event.
