His name has been announced as Jigme Namgyel Wangchuck.
Prince Jigme Namgyel’s naming day was chosen as April 16 as it is the death anniversary of Zhandrung Kuchoe, and this year is also the 400th anniversary of the arrival of Zhabdrung Ngawang Namgyel to Bhutan.
