The Skating Princess: Margriet Laps Up 10KM for Charity Fundraiser
Watched on by her family – some of whom took to the ice themselves – Princess Margriet on Saturday skated 10km in the ‘Holland 100’ to help raise money for research and awareness of lymphoma.
The fundraiser is organised by Lymph&Co, which was co-founded by Margriet’s son Prince Bernhard after his own battle with lymphoma a few years ago. Along with his mother, two of Bernhard’s brothers – Princes Maurits and Floris – and his wife Princess Annette also took part in the event.
