First Picture of The New Prince of Bhutan

The Royal Family of Bhutan celebrated the Buddhist new year (Losar) today at the Lingkana Palace with a very special family gathering, which included for the first time the new royal prince, His Royal Highness The Gyalsey.

The celebrations were marked by first official photograph of the little prince, shown on King Jigme’s FaceBook page and whose name is yet to be announced.  Wrapped in a beautiful golden blanket, The King and Queen of Bhutan’s first child, who was born on 5th February, was surrounded by his proud parents and held by his obviously proud grandfather, the Fourth Druk Gyalpo.
