Prince Harry Brings Some Cheer To Flooded Lancashire
Prince Harry paid a visit to Lancashire today, one of the areas of England that was ravaged by floods in December.
The Prince met with a number of locals in St Michael’s on Wyre, discussing with them how they managed during the flooding and what the recovery had been like, many praising how the community came together to support each other.
Unfortunately for Harry, some of the pupils from Weeton Primary School were a little disappointed about his attire – one young lad was expecting to see Harry in a tuxedo.
Harry also stopped at Weston Barracks where he spoke with soldiers from the 2nd Battalion, The Duke of Lancaster’s Regiment who were assigned flood relief duties over Christmas.
