Teddies for the Little Ones as Queen Elizabeth Opens Hospice Facility
Queen Elizabeth was presented with two teddy bears for Prince George and Princess Charlotte during her visit to Norfolk Hospice’s Tapping House today, where she officially opened a new facility at the centre.
She received the bereavement charity Nelson’s Journey teddies from 9-year-old Jack, who later told the media the Queen said the gift was “very kind”.
The Queen also toured the new million-pound facility that will allow the Tapping House hospice to help provide palliative care to a larger amount of the community. Dressed in her signature bright colours, this time turquoise, she met with volunteers and staff.
