The Duke and Duchess of Vendôme Expecting their Fourth Child

It has recently been announced that the Duke and Duchess of Vendôme are expecting their fourth child.

Their three older children are Prince Gaston (b. 2009), Princess Antoinette (b. 2012) and Princess Louise-Marguerite (b. 2014). The baby will also be the eleventh grandchild of the Count of Paris, the Orléanist claimant to the former French throne.

The Duke and Duchess of Vendôme were married in a civil ceremony on 10 March 2009 in Paris, France. Their religious ceremony took place on 2 May that same year at the Cathédrale Notre-Dame in Senlis.

The Duchess of Vendôme (née Maria Magdalena Philiomena Juliana Johanna de Tornos y Steinhart) is half Spanish and half Austro-Hungarian. Her father was the secretary of the Count of Barcelona, the father of the former King Juan Carlos of Spain.
