Denmark’s Crown Princess Lights Up Christmas Tree
Crown Princess Mary this evening lit the 100th Christmas tree in the Copenhagen Town Hall Square.
Joined by the Mayor of Copenhagen, Frank Jensen, the Crown Princess turned the lights of the 24m high tree on, despite the Mayor’s inability to correctly count down from ten, not once but twice. The hundreds-strong crowd didn’t seem to mind, seeing the humour in the situation.
