Felipe and Letizia Attend Start of the 2015 Princess of Asturias Awards

Dressed head to toe in black, Spain’s Queen Letizia attended the tribute to US filmmaker Francis Ford Coppola at the Jovellanos Theatre in Dijon, Spain today. US filmmaker Francis Ford Coppola has been awarded the 2015 Princess of Asturias Award for Arts. The event is held during the Princess of Asturias Award week.

After the tribute, Queen Letizia joined King Felipe at the 24th Princess of Asturias Awards Concert which was being held in the Prince Felipe Auditorium in Oviedo. The concert was organized by the Princess of Asturias Foundation in collaboration with the Cajastur Liberbank Foundation. The royal couple watched a few choirs preform.
