June 20 was the fifth and final day of Royal Ascot for this year. Once again, the Queen and Prince Philip lead the carriage procession.

There were no other members of the immediate royal family in attendance for day five, though Lady Helen Taylor, the daughter of the Duke of Kent and second cousin to the Queen, was in attendance. Lady Kitty Spencer, the niece of the late Diana, Princess of Wales, was also invited into the Royal Enclosure.

Famous faces who attended Ascot’s fifth day included the actor Hugh Bonneville, who plays Lord Grantham in the hit period drama series Downton Abbey, and Harry Redknapp, the manager of Queens Park Rangers.

The Queen presented trophies to Frankie Dettori and Ryan Moore, who were the winners of the Diamond Jubilee Stakes and the leading jockey respectively.
