Prince Felix of Luxembourg Turns 31

Born in Luxembourg on June 3, 1984, Prince Félix is the second son of Grand Duke Henri and Grand Duchess Maria Teresa. His full name is Félix Léopold Marie Guillaume and he is second in the line of succession.

Prince Félix studied in Luxembourg and Switzerland. He attended the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst in Britain but didn’t continue due to a knee injury. Prince Félix went on to study in Belgium and England and took various courses and workplaces in different companies.

Prince Félix is married. He tied the knot in September 2013 with Claire Lademacher, known now as Princess Claire. Together they have one daughter, Princess Amalia of Nassau, who was born on June 15, 2014.
