Jordan’s Royals Celebrate 69th Independence Anniversary
The Royal Family of Jordan gathered this Monday to attended the official celebration marking Jordan’s 69th Independence Day which took place at the royal palaces in Amman.
The cremony was patronized by King Abdullah II, who was joined by his wife, Queen Rania, and their children, Crown Prince Hussein and Princess Salma. It was also attended by Princess Muna, Prince Faisal bin Al Hussein and his wife Princess Zeina, along with number of Jordanian princes and princesses. Among the attendees were also several senior Jordanian officials including the Prime Minister and Senate President.
According to Petra News Agency, and as part of the ceremony, King Abdullah II bestowed medals and orders of various types upon several institutions and a group of distinguished figures in recognition of their efforts in supporting the Kingdom’s ongoing development.
Queen Rania, Crown Prince Hussein and the Royal Hashemite Court shared several pictures marking the happy occasion through their official Instagram accounts.
