Dutch Royals Enjoy Family Day at ‘Jumping Amsterdam’
King Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima took their two youngest daughters to the final day of Jumping Amsterdam at the Amsterdam RAI today.
Princesses Alexia and Ariane enjoyed the main event of the day, the Grand Prix of Amsterdam, which was won by Dutch rider Willem Greve on the mount Carambole. This year’s competition was the 56th time the event has been staged.
The family was joined by the King’s cousin Princess Margarita of Bourbon-Parma and her younger daughter Paola. The Princess is a board member of the event, and presented the winners of the dressage and jumping finals with their prizes.
