Duchess of Cambridge Attends Event With The Fostering Network

On January 16, the Duchess of Cambridge attended a meeting with foster carers in North London.

Kate greeted lots of children whilst she was at the event, though she was particularly taken by a baby girl. Kate said to the baby, who was called Naya, “Sweetie pie, I love your hair”. She later added that little Naya was chubbier than her son, Prince George.

Kate wore a brown dress from Hobbs with black tights to the event.

The Fostering Network’s President said “She (Kate) was overwhelmed by what she saw and heard. She was very moved and impressed with it all.” At the Fostering Network, there are 52,500 foster carers and over 63,000 children looking for foster homes.
