Princess Beatrice’s 26th Birthday

On August 8, Princess Beatrice celebrated her twenty sixth birthday.

Princess Beatrice of York was born in 1988 at the Portland Hospital in London, England. She is the eldest daughter and child of Prince Andrew, Duke of York and his former wife, Sarah Ferguson. She has a younger sister, Princess Eugenie, who was born in 1990.

Princess Beatrice was christened on 20 December 1988 in the Chapel Royal of St. James’s Palace in London, England. Her godparents are David Armstrong-Jones, Viscount Linley, Lady Jane Dawnay, Peter Palumbo, The Hon. Mrs. John Greenall, and Mrs. Henry Cotterel. Her full name is Beatrice Elizabeth Mary.

Princess Beatrice began her education at Upton House School in Windsor, before moving to Coworth Park School and St. George’s School in Ascot. As a child, Princess Beatrice was diagnosed with dyslexia, which resulted in her being unable to take her GCSE exams for a year. In 2011, Princess Beatrice graduated from Goldsmiths, University of London.

Princess Beatrice is currently in a relationship with Dave Clark, a Virgin Galactic Businessman.
