Kate Is Pretty In Pink

It’s said to be the Duchess of Cambridge’s last event before the royal baby is due. The Duchess stepped out with the royal family to attend the yearly event Trooping the Colour ceremony in honour of the Queen’s official birthday.

Eight months pregnant, Catherine choose a custom made Alexander McQueen pink coat for the event. The coat has a slightly oversized collar, 3/4 sleeves and completing the coat, the designer used oversized pearl buttons. The Duchess matched the pink outfit with a recycled hat from milliner Jane Corbett.

Some people have speculated that since the Duchess choose a pink outfit that she was hinting that she is expecting a girl. Could it just be coincidence that she choose pink for the event or do you think she was hinting?
