Twin Sons for the Prussians

The Prince and Princess of Prussia, Georg Friedrich and Sophie, have welcomed twin sons.

Prince Carl Friedrich and Prince Louis Ferdinand were born on January 20th, in Bremen, Germany. In an announcement full of “joy and gratitude” posted on Prince Georg Friedrich’s official website, he said that both his wife and infant sons were doing well.

The elder of the twins, Prince Carl Friedrich, is the heir apparent to the headship of the House of Hohenzollern.

Prince Georg Friedrich and Princess Sophie were married in August 2011.
