The Queen and David Cameron attended the annual Braemar Gathering along with Prince Philip. 

The Prince of Wales as Royal Colonel of The Black Watch, 3rd Battalion The Royal Regiment of Scotland, attended a Colours Parade and Families Day at Fort George, Inverness.

4th September 2011
Queen Elizabeth and the Duke of Edinburgh attended the Sunday service at Crathie Kirk near Balmoral, where they are currently spending their summer holidays.

The Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall attended the opening of the Wool Modern exhibition to mark Wool Week 2011 at La Galleria in London.

The Duchess of Cornwall met pupils, teachers and members of the judging panel and launched the Poet Laureate’s “Anthologise” Education Project at Alexandra Park School, Bidwell Gardens, London.

The Princess Royal, as Patron of the South Georgia Heritage Trust, attended the Habitat Restoration Reception at the House of Lords.

The Princess Royal as Patron of The Butler Trust, visited HMP Bronzefield, Woodthorpe Road, Ashford, Middlesex.

The Princess Royal as Patron of The National Association of Official Prison Visitors, visited the HM Young Offenders Institute Feltham, Bedfont Road, Feltham, Middlesex.

The Princess Royal as Guardian of Give Them A Sporting Chance, held a Dinner at Buckingham Palace.

8th September 2011
The Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall arrived for a two-day visit in Northern-Island. As one of their first events they visited Kilkeel harbour.

On day two of their visit, the Duchess of Cornwall and the Prince of Wales visited Gracehill Old School and Moravian Church Hall, in Gracehill.

The Princess Royal visited the Centre for Health Sciences at Raigmore Hospital in Inverness.

The Princess Royal as Master of the Worshipful Company of Butchers, attended the Annual Service, Common Hall and Election of Master at the London Butchers Hall.

9th September 2011
The Princess Royal viewed the Drover Sculpture at Dingwall and Highland Marts Ltd, Humberston, Dingwall, Ross-shire.

The Princess Royal visited Anta Pottery at Anta Scotland Ltd, Fearn, Tain, Ross-shire.

The Princess Royal as Patron of the International Sheep Dog Society attended the International Sheep Dog Trials at Fearn Farm, Fearn, Tain, Ross-shire.

The Duchess of Cornwall and the Prince of Wales attended the wedding of the Duchess’ newphew, Ben Elliot, and Mary-Clare Winwood at the church of St. Peter and St. Paul, Northleach.

The Princess Royal visited Thorntons Plc to mark the 100th Anniversary, David Nieper Limited on the occasion of the 50th Anniversary, The Denby Pottery Company and opened the new Deb Limited Group Headquarters all in Derbyshire.

The Princess Royal as Patron visited Bradford and Airedale Citizens Advice Bureau and visited the Bradford Social Services Domiciliary Care to mark the 10th Anniversary. In the same day the Princess also opened Pinderfields Hospital in Wakefield, attended a Citizenship ceremony in Leeds and attended the 40th Anniversary celebrations of the Richmond and Catterick Group at Garrison Saddle Club.

In Stockton-On-Tees, The Princess Royal opened Stockon Carers’ Centre at The George Hardwick Foundation. In Durham, Princess Anne visited HM Prison Durham and Durham’s Youth Offending Service at County Hall. Moving on to Newcastle Anne attended the naming ceremony of a new research vessel at the Quayside Pontoon and took a trip to The Norcare Veterans’ Centre.

In the evening Princess Anne attended a reception to commemorate the 400th Anniversary of The Society of High Constables of Edinburgh at Palace of Holyroodhouse.

The Princess Royal as Immediate Past Master, The Worshipful Company of Butchers, attended a Court Meeting at Butchers’ Hall.

The Princess Royal opened the System Training’s new Logistics Training Facility, Carlisle Airport Business Park.

19th September 2011
The Princess Royal attended the 450th Anniversary celebrations of the Elizabethan Royal Charter being presented to The Royal Grammar School Worcester.

The Princess Royal visited CSV Redditch Training and Enterprise West Midlands, The Brook Building.

The Princess Royal as Colonel-In-Chief, The Royal Logistic Corps, attended a Memorial Service and Re-dedication of the Logistic Grove, The National Memorial Arboretum.

The Princess Royal presented The Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service to the Ocean Youth Trust at the Southampton Boat Show.

The Princess Royal as Patron, RNVR Youth Sail Training Trust, attended a Trustees Meeting at Manches LLP, Aldwych House.

The Princess Royal as President, The Royal British Legion Women’s Section, attended the 90th Anniversary Service of Thanksgiving at Westminster Abbey, followed by a Reception at Church House.

The Princess Royal as Patron, RYA Sailability, attended the Regatta 2011 Prizegiving Presentation at Sunsail House.

The Princess Royal as President, Royal Yachting Association, named Mike Golding’s Vendee Globe 2012 yacht at Southampton Boat Show.

The Princess Royal as Commandant In Chief (Youth), St. John Ambulance, presented Young Achievers Awards at Ellesmere Port Civic Hall. Princess Anne also visited as Patron of Catch 22 the Early Intervention Family Support Service at The Boat Museum.

Queen Elizabeth visited the Crathie Primary School in Ballater, Aberdeenshire and got a huge card from the proud pupils.

The Princess Royal as Patron of The Vine Trust opened the Global Citizenship Centre at the Prince of Wales Dock in Edinburgh.

The Princess Royal as Chancellor, The University of Edinburgh, attended the Chancellor’s Installation Ceremony at University of Edinburgh. That evening Anne held a dinner as Chancellor at The Palace of Holyroodhouse.

The Princess Royal as Royal Patron, Motor Neurone Disease Scotland, attended Motor Neurone Disease Scotland’s 30th Anniversary Reception at Palace of Holyrood, Edinburgh.

The Princess Royal as Patron, Seagull Trust Cruises, will Name a new disabled passenger boat at Seagull Trust, Baird Road, Ratho, Newbridge, Midlothian.
