Felipe & Letizia attend Gala Dinner in Madrid

On September 8th, Their Royal Highnesses The Prince and Princess of Asturias attended a gala dinner at the Palacio de Cibeles in Madrid, to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Expansión newspaper. Also attending were members of the Spanish Government and leading business people.

During the gala dinner, a speech was given by The Prince of Asturias, where the Prince expressed his confidence in the Spanish to overcome “painstakingly” the “serious and prolonged economic crisis.”

The Spanish economic newspaper Expansión was founded in 1986.
