UAE Deputy PM meets Gerhard Schroeder

HH Sheikh Hamdan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE’s Deputy Prime Minister, met in his palace the former German Chancellor and Chairman of the Emirati-German Friendship Society Gerhard Schroeder who is currently visiting the country.

During the meeting they discussed the bilateral relations between UAE and Germany and explored ways for fostering them in the fields of economy, technology, industry and tourism. Schroeder said that his visit to the UAE will contribute towards enhancing the UAE German relations and noted that a new phase of joint investment and partnership between the two countries has started, giving a solid foundation for these relations.

Sheikh Hamadan stressed the need for the bilateral relations between the two countries, as the leadership of both countries have stressed their commitment in this regard.
